How do you find out more information about the subject you love?

This blog was created because I love technology. More importantly, I love where technology will be going. I love the future and I am always thinking about how technology will change that future. I also love forming my own predictions of unknown technologies that will allow us to pass our intellectual prowess.

Research is key to making your knowledge of your subject more profound. How should you do research in relation to writing blog posts, or finding the best blogs to read about your subject?

In Moz’s The Beginner’s Guide to SEO, Chapter 5 takes you through keyword research. In this case, I will lay out some steps below that will help you research terms related to your blog. If you don’t like what you see below, feel free to jump over to Moz’s warehouse of SEO knowledge where I’m sure you could find more information on building traffic to your blog.

Step 1) Understand the value of that keyword: Using Google Keyword Planner, type in the most general term for your subject. Mine would be transhumanism. What do you see? I see terms related to transhumanism, values of transhumanists, and also well-known transhumanist resources.

Step 2) Gather insight into long tail keywords for your blog: The longer, or more specific, your keyword is, the more likely the person who uses that keyword to search for your subject will find you.

Step 3) After researching, analyze keyword difficulty:  Given the demand for a keyword, you may not want to use it because the search results will be saturated with other blogs that are more popular than yours.

Side note: If you are searching for people in your industry, utilize the same steps above but instead with the person’s name, and/or what industry they are an expert in.

Hope this helps!

A couple that I know had their second child, a baby boy. They already have a little girl, and I am proud to see them have a chance at being even greater parents by being challenged by the number of children.

The child is healthy, actually quite on the road to going home as soon as humanly capable. At times like this, I think of life and death. The poor guy was born and now has been sleeping ever since, the birth being too much of a workout: first breath, bright lights, noise not disguised by amniotic fluids!! Something so small and innocent, yet so capable of being something great.

Something that the world has never seen. Human life mirrors that of a flower. It is cultivated and grown from a sprout to a fully grown flower to withering and dying out, like a bell curve. We are nothing more than a freak of nature, something that went right with nature that provided a species with intelligence and reason. We can see it happening with apes, chimpanzees, or whatever ones are the smartest.

We evolved. We were born during evolution. A mutation allowed intelligence.

Or was it God? What do you think?

How will that intelligence evolve? How will future human beings give birth? Will it be like the Matrix where human beings are grown?

I love kids, mainly due to their innocence and not knowing the horrors that their fellow human beings are capable of making. I seen some things that I shouldn’t have when I was a child, but I am here today as someone that never regretted his actions or his beliefs. Life and death to me, are just cycles bound to never meet an end, with no means to an end.
